In this month of Love, it is so vital to ‘Love thyself’. We spend so much time waiting to be loved, hoping love will find us, searching, yearning for that special love. Feeling empty and lost without it. Wanting someone to give us love and fill us up. When you expect love from an external source, and someone or something does not fulfill your void and fantasies, then you will feel worse than before. To be able to be loved, you must love and respect yourself as much as you do others. This love and respect comes as you transform the obstacles that arise in relationships with others which ultimates in a truer, deeper relationship with yourself and the Divine and leading you to see the underlying spiritual reason for that pattern in your life. In this process of Self Discovery you come to give to yourself that which you seek from another or the outer world thereby enabling you to easily and effortlessly extend that love and respect to those you encounter and the earth truly experiencing the realization that we are all One and the same.

From this Love of your true Self a terrific freedom comes which allows for wild creativity, high energy to do more than you thought possible and a direct line of communication to your ‘Higher Selves Knowing’ and multidimensional resources to guide and assist you to opportunities and choices not visible before. Practice the following meditation daily until you can actually feel the words deeply:
